Please arrive five minutes before your scheduled class or appointment. All sessions are either 30 or 55 minutes.
Pilates involves specialized equipment that requires instruction prior to use. For your own safety please do not use equipment that our instructors have not trained you on. When exercising, if at any point you feel discomfort or pain, please alert your instructor immediately and ask for assistance. The goal of Pilates is always to experience pain-free, enjoyable movement.
Pilates is practiced in close proximity to others and we kindly ask that you refrain from using perfumes/colognes and heavily scented lotions that could disturb other clients.
To allow us to best see body alignment, please wear form-fitting clothing without embellishment which could damage or pierce leather on equipment. Men may be most comfortable wearing compression shorts with loose fitting shorts over them.
To assure cleanliness and avoid outside debris in our barefoot workspace, please remove your shoes upon entering the Pilates equipment room. To maximize the benefit of your Pilates workout we prefer that you perform your session barefoot. If you feel more comfortable in footwear we ask that you use slip resistant socks. Please tell your instructor if you have a condition that requires shoes. We will do our best to accommodate any special needs.
Please wipe down equipment/mats and return them to the proper place at the end of each session.
Payment is due prior to the time of service. Payments can be made with cash, check or credit card. In order to serve you best we recommend a credit card on file in our secure Mindbody system.
Cancellations and rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to the class or appointment start time. No-shows or less than 24-hour notice will be charged for any missed sessions. Any cancellation and/or rescheduling after the 24 hour window will be considered a "Late Cancel". A Late Cancel informs the instructor of the late cancellation but will still forfeit the session and charge the account.
