Experience a pregnancy specific class designed to bring balance and alignment to both mom and baby in the womb. Pilates principles are integrated into this Spinning Babies and Body Ready Method informed class. Participants are asked to bring their own birthing ball to every class for the purpose of assisting exercises and practicing labor positioning.
